Washington DC Trip

Dear Parents & Guardians,

This is an amazing opportunity for your student to learn more about our country, gain new perspectives, get out of their comfort zone and build skills for the future. Within the 8th grade, students will be taking the U.S. History STAAR test. A large part of the 8th Grade U.S. History curriculum is learning about the formation of our nation’s government. So, in addition to benefiting from this experience, students will learn from hands-on experiences that connect directly to their TEKS!
