However, if you do not have a subscription or you would like to check out our newest venture, go to:

Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller recognized 107 Contracting Entities (CEs) for achievements in the 2023 Farm Fresh Challenge. Participants purchased $13.86 million of Texas grown and produced menu items, and gave 2.67 million children the opportunity to learn more about Texas agriculture.
This is the 2nd year that Garrison ISD has been recognized.

Congratulations to the following students who were recognized to the Padilla Poll All-State selection.

Garrison ISD will have a late start at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 24th due to the fact that several roads in Nacogdoches county are closed due to the amount of rain received over the last few days. Several more roadways are underwater and more rain is predicted throughout the night. A late start will allow students and staff the ability to travel in daylight and seek alternate routes if necessary. Buses will run two hours later than normal but please expect delays. Parents may begin drop off at 9:30 AM and staff should report by 9:00 AM . We apologize for any inconvenience this creates but please understand our goal is to keep our staff and students safe. We will send at 10:30 pm and 6:00 AM

Enjoy the Christmas Holidays & New Year!

The Christmas Program for PreK through 4th Grade is Friday, December 15, 2023, at 9 am in the New High School Gym. (We are all eager to see our 5th graders perform with their instruments, we plan to see this in the Spring.)
Parking: Please enter the campus on the Ag Road off Hwy 59. (The red line) Parking is available on the Ag Barn side of the New Multipurpose Facility/High School Gym.
Arriving: You will NOT be required to check in via Raptor. This is an “audience event” and students will remain under direct staff supervision, like a pep rally.
Seating: The guests will be seated in the stadium seats. The seats closest to the stage area do not allow a full view of the risers, if students are on the edge of the risers, they may not be visible. Please be mindful when selecting your seats.
Student Check-Out: Please inform your teacher if you plan to leave with your child. You will sign your student out with your teacher.
Leaving Campus: Since guests are NOT checked in through Raptor, they are not allowed to be in other places on campus. We strongly encourage students to NOT bring backpacks to school for this event. This will prevent the need to go back to the classroom. Guests will leave the parking lot following the yellow line.
Early Dismissal-For students that remain at school, car riders will begin at 12:25, and buses will leave at 12:45.
We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Please be safe, stay warm and we look forward to seeing you and your students back at school on
