REMINDER: 2021 Veteran’s Day Program:
Garrison ISD has decided to have a virtual Veteran’s Day Program. To really make this successful, we will need the help of our students, faculty, staff, parents, and community members. We would like for you to send a picture or video introducing any veteran or active duty service member that you may know, so that we may recognize them and thank them for their service.
Please make sure to include the name of the military member along with the branch of service they served in.
Please email videos and photos to Mr. Weeks at weeksw@garrisonisd.com.
The last day that we will be able to accept these will be on Friday, November 5, 2021. This will give us time to prepare the video and present it on Veteran’s Day - Thursday, November 11, 2021. The video ceremony will be posted to the Garrison ISD website and to Garrison ISD social media accounts.
Please help us in celebrating our veteran and active duty military members by participating. Let’s make this one of our greatest celebrations ever!
Thank you!

Picture Retakes are scheduled for November 9th.

Tomorrow Wednesday October 27th, Volleyball will have their last game here, in the Middle School gym vs Timpson. JV will start at 4:30 and Varsity will follow playing around 5:30.
Unfortunately, we did not make play-offs, therefore this will be the LAST time these senior girls will be playing volleyball for GISD. I would like to invite all of you to their last volleyball game as a Lady Bulldog.
We will honor the seniors between the JV and Varsity Match.
Thank you for your support,
Christina Miller
