A Message from the Superintendent.
The Kids Heart Challenge dates are Jan. 24- Feb 11. All donations and packets need to be collected and returned by Feb. 11th. Thank you for your support.

Our basketball game today in New Summerfield has been moved to this Thursday Jan 20th at 5PM with Just Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys.

School Closure and Update
Please read the attached document regarding school closure tomorrow, January 14, 2022 and a COVID update.
The lockdown at Garrison ISD has ended and all normal activities have resumed.
Garrison ISD is currently in Lockdown. There was an incident in town that made the lockdown necessary. All students are safe. We ask that parents do not try to check out their child at this time because we are in Lockdown. As we get more information we will share it with you.
The information meeting for the Middle School Trip to Washington DC has been moved to February 1st. Thanks!
Tomorrow's Games Update:
JV boys will be playing Chireno starting at 4:30, followed by the varsity girls vs Cushing, and then the varsity boys vs Cushing.
Garrison Middle is going to Washington D.C. over summer of 2023! RSVP to the info meeting on 1/25 to learn more! Additional information can be found on the GISD Middle School webpage under "Washington DC Trip." We cannot wait to see you there!

We just want to remind everyone that students will return on Wednesday, January 5th.
Tomorrow is an early release day. Elementary car rider pickup will begin at 12:30 and the busses will leave at 12:45.
Mrs. White also wanted to remind students that when they return to school on January 5th they should have hair of natural color as noted in the dress code.
We would like to send out a very special THANK YOU to Santa for coming to visit Mrs. White and all of the elementary students today!
We would also like to thank Mr. Spivey and the administrators for the lunch today from Jalapeno Tree! It was awesome!
